It's been one week since I moved to a new house. I'm starting to get used to my new surroundings. The first few days was buying take-out food and unpacking stuff. I feel really exhausted going up and down 2 flights of stairs....almost got stomach ache problems. ~goes swirly eyed~ Friday we had our cable, Saturday I watched Harry Potter 4 on TMN, Sunday got internet. The bad news is.....there is no phone connection. Screw that Rogers. They still don't know how fix the modem to get our phone connected. The cell phone was the only form of communication for a week now. It's really pissing me and my fam. The washer for the laundry is still missing as well.
About Commuting to school: Going to school was okay cuz the bus stop was few houses away from it. For 2 days (Tuesday and Wednesday), everytime I come out of the house, the bus shows up and moves right away causing me to wait 10 min for the next bus in the cold geeez. When I get off near the Midland RT station, sometimes the transfer machine doesn't work. I think they should have a ticket fare booth like in the other TTC stations. It takes me 30-35 minutes to get to and from school.
Majority of the neighbours living here: Muslim, Indian, Pakistani, and few Chinese and Filipino. During bedttime, I always complain of the cold. Not much heat coming out of my vent. Even if its quiet, I still hear the sirens cuz there's a hospital close by. Instead of wearing the usual clothes back in the old condo, I ended up doubling up winter style.
Anyways, that's the 411 right now. I know final exams are coming soon in 3 weeks and my field placement is almost being finalized before going there in January. It's really busy. Once this sem (sem 3)is over, I can post more CCS vids on Youtube or MySpace and possibly keep editing my fanfics on my other blog page.
